Step 1: We make the match
We'll go over the details of your campaign with you and coordinate shipping details and align on campaign expectations with your chosen creator(s).
Step 2: Content creation begins
Once your product is received, your influencer will film content within 7 business days. Tracking your shipment is highly recommended. If a parcel fails to deliver, we do not offer refunds. The brand will be responsible for reshipping the product to proceed with the campaign.
Step 3: Content is curated and refined by our team
All content is reviewed and handled in-house by Fluence & Co. We oversee approvals, refine the creative direction, and elevate each asset through strategic editing and optimization to ensure it meets both brand standards and marketing performance goals.
Step 4: Final delivery
You’ll receive both text-free footage and fully edited, ready-to-use content designed for marketing and ads.
